YEAR IN REVIEW 2016

Frankly, this year was not great for a lot of people for a lot of different reasons that I think I can summarize in one word: discord. That discord materialized in a lot of ways throughout the year: terrorism, Brexit, US Presidential elections, deaths, health problems, breakups, and personal crises. It sounds weird, but I feel bad for 2016. It was a year that was just at the wrong place and the wrong time, and now everybody hates it. How… Read more »

christmas

This morning my son sweetly reminded me that Christmas Eve is just eight days away. I know he meant well by it, but it really just felt a little like he was trolling me. I want to write the things that I want my daughter, her friends, my students, and girls around the world to consider.  … Read more »

Your personality gets scored in four different facets. Are you more of an introvert or extrovert? Do you take in and interpret information through sensing or intuition? Is your decision-making governed by feeling or thinking? Do you interact with the outside world by judging or… Read more »
